| Bolger is a Professional Engineer and is Past President of the Council of Logistics Management's Columbus Roundtable; Past Chairman of the National Industrial Transportation (NIT) League's Highway Facilities Committee and past member and trustee of the Ohio Trucking Association. Bolger served as Director of the Fairfield County Emergency Management Agency. He is currently a Director of the South Licking Watershed Conservancy District. |
